Age 18+
SPIDEX is intended for users aged 18 and over. At registration, a user self-attests that they are at least 18. This is not verification of date of birth or identity.
Data
SPIDEX processes name, email and protected password at registration. Profile data can include display name, username, avatar, privacy settings and information you provide. We process posts, comments, stories, private and group messages, images, video, voice messages, audio, files, stickers and video-editor projects. SPIDEX does not record audio or video call content; technical call data and access tokens establish connections.
With notifications enabled, we process device identifier and push token, platform, app version, language, time zone, device name and last activity. Infrastructure logs may process IP address and user-agent for security. Analytics is limited to usage events, session parameters, platform, version and session/device identifiers.
Permissions and transfers
Camera, microphone, photos, video, audio and files are requested only for avatar, stories, posts, chats, editor or calls. AI requests, selected image and required chat context are sent to the configured AI provider. SPIDEX uses Expo for push, LiveKit for media connections and may use Agora for calls/live; client code uses Supabase for some social flows and Pixabay for the music library. Media is kept in configured SPIDEX storage, including S3-compatible storage when enabled.
Retention and rights
Data is used for accounts, communication, publishing, notifications, safety, support and product features. It is retained while the account is active or until deletion unless law or legal hold requires otherwise. You can update profile/privacy, remove content and request account deletion with password confirmation; there is a 7-day cancellation period. Contact: googleplay@spidex-sn.com.
